Me on your circles I see just normal electroplating accumulation points (normal for this magnification) and on the mint mark a miss of plating. Silviosi, on Lincoln cents they didn't start using copper plated planchets untill 1982. So probably a small piece of crud stuck to the mintmark. And yeah, I imagine just Pareidolia seeing them extra mintmarks.....? Everything can change in just one day......... Oh, I almost for got, the Primary is not a RPM either. That is from a damaged mintmark punch. You can see this on other denominations as well: The one on the left is the real RPM: The right one, Mintmark punch damage: Richard S.
