Please show full coin photo. Me on your circles I see just normal electroplating accumulation points (normal for this magnification) and on the mint mark a miss of plating.

In the collecting we look with 20x and the microscope is use only after to certify the first view.

Silviosi, on Lincoln cents they didn't start using copper plated planchets untill 1982. So probably a small piece of crud stuck to the mintmark. And yeah, I imagine just Pareidolia seeing them extra mintmarks.....?

Your looking for something that's not there. If it was repunched mint marks,
they would be raised and there would be many more of them out there.

None are raised except for the primary. The others are not RPMs, they are not raised. Just stains on the coin. Oh, I almost for got, the Primary is not a RPM either. That is from a damaged mintmark punch. You can see this on other denominations as well:
