Whatever my call would be , would depend on if it's raw in a 2x2 cardboard holder now, or a Brown Box Ike from the mint .

Difficult to tell--would like to have it in-hand. I'll cap it at PR67. Light rim chatter on reverse under ONE?

Very difficult to tell from photos becuase I have found that a lot can hide in those black fields. Assuming they are clean, I only see one spot that would keep it from 69, but not knock it down to 67. PR68DCAM

I'll take it out of the album again and get pictures from a different angle to show the mirror surfaces.

OK! new pictures, taken at a slightly different angle.  The black you saw (see) in the first pictures is the black case of the camera. The mirror like field is incredible when in hand and difficult to photograph.
