Can you explain what you think the error is?

Oh that I was where I would be,
Then I would be where I am not,
Here I am where I must be,
Go where I would, I can not.

Not from what we can see. It looks like a normal coin. When there is glare on a coin and it hides what your are seeing, we might need a better view. Depends on what you are seeing. But the overall size of the devices look normal. If the area you are seeing is flat and on the edge of the devices, most of the time it is Machine Doubling.

This is the normal design for that year for the business strike and proof cents.

If it was Double Struck, we would have to see the whole coin as it would affect everything. Just looks regular from that partial photo.

Yes, I agree, we need to see the whole coin, both sides, please. As well as two or maybe three closeups of areas of interest, in this case, areas where you see doubling. Yes, I know it's a pain, but we need all the information we can get to assist you the best we can. Lighting can be a issue that is difficult sometimes to deal with. A defused lighting source can help with glare. If you need help, give us a yell and we'll see what we can do.
