Not sure if what I am seeing is correct or not. On the obverse of the coin at the date and mint mark under 10x magnification I see doubling to the right side of the devices. Error? Or my imagination?

Looks like "orange peel" aka a worn die. Is that a notch lower left on mint mark?

Under magnification it does appear to be notched.

That is die flow. The term orange peel was used at one time for the roughness on the zinc cents. Then later it was determined on cents to be an issue with copper plating on zinc dust on the planchets. This is a die issue. Die aging. Not a premium for the coin. Wrinkles are not desired.
