So I sorted out my silver coins and I know there are other rarities . What would be the best dates to collect between 2002-2018 ? Please and thank you in advance.

I usually hold on to those dates just since they're NIFC. It looks like there's a bit of a market, but not much: https://www.ebay.com/itm/mixed-date...114733573839
I don't think any specific dates are especially valuable, but the mintages dipped below 2,000,000 several times.

Mintages in the 1970s were much higher, but if you find anything UNC to BU it might be worth setting aside. I always keep my eyes open for older NIFC, including 1970-D and the 1987 halves, plus any random proofs (S mint) that have crept into circulation.

As Numisma says, 2002 and above are not produced for circulation but you may occasionally find them in circulation, I have. I am just now capping off my JFK collection and stopping at 2020. I need 4 more silver proofs (2000-2004) but I refuse to buy the crap clad proofs from 2000-2009 because they are $15 each or higher. I don't mind paying for 90% silver but that is outrageous for clad. I would also say that all higher grade '82 and '83 are worth saving from circulation since there were no mint sets those years and the '87 P and D is worth getting the mint set for since they are issued only in the mint sets. Also check out the 50th anniversary silver halves (2014) because of their low mintages. $20 each for a coin with only about 200K mintage.

Coins2020, No Problem, glad I could help. Seems that there isn't a larger demand collecting this series and therefore little interest from many of the community but at least two of us like them! The one that really killed me though was having to shell out $185 for the '12s silver proof set so I could bust one out for my album. That JFK is a $85 - $120 coin. And the 2019s silver proof is the first ever in .999 silver. Good luck with your set!
