So I got shot down on my 1968 RPM, however being the ever optimistic guy that I am I thought I would try this 1986 RPM (Coppper coins list 20 RPM's for 1986). I believe the secondary is to the east and south so I took three views. One rotated left, one right and directly overhead. For your viewing pleasure! Regards.

Hoping that's not the emergence of split plating--that very dark linear feature around the base of the D (the SE arc of the D).

I agree, beginning of split plating. Next stop, Zinc Rot! Spend it and keep searching.
