Looks like a low AU-Details. Seems like it has been polished and then, with colors like that, definitely artificially toned

Stay far far away from this coin . Artificial toning at it's worst . I can't believe someone took a high AU 36-S Walker and turned it into a piece of junk Silver . There is no way in Heaven you can fix it .

I wonder if that came out of a vine seller in Ohio?

the coin has good features, was offerred for $35, not sure why they'd AT tone it and ask a price they'd get if it hadn't been AT. Seems strange.
