I just need some opinions. The coin is not in the greatest condition but should I catalog this as both since Wexler changed the classification or not? Also looks like stage A according to Vista. What do you think?

Sorry, the subject line was incorrect. It is an OMM listed and delisted to a MM at some sites. Should I list it as both was my question. I apologize for the error in subject listing. Variety is the only one that still considers it an OMM.

Honestly I think that would come down to what you prefer to list it as. I might list it as the OMM since that's still how PCGS, NGC and the CPG list it currently.

Use the numbers for the accepted sites. Dis-regard the ones that don't when you list it on the 2X2. Some are not agreed on by all three sites.
