I assume that the marks in front of the Queen's eyes and in front of Diana's nose are just dust particles.
If that is the case, then from these pictures, the condition appears to be
Proof FDC

(I don't normally use Sheldon gradings for non U.S. coins.)

When I get home, I'll check in on the Queen and see what's in her eye. But, yes dust otherwise.
