I have a Salt River Bay Quarter with what appear to be a strike through grease error, is this worth keeping? Pictures to come

Depends. If 80% of the devices and bust are missing, then it would be a keeper.

If just a few devices are missing, not a big thing.

Your description is a little vague. Is it one letter, one word, the complete coin? All this depends on whether it is worth saving or not.
As mentioned, please supply a complete picture before anyone can answer your question.
