The Accented Hair Kennedy is a proof issue. This coin looks like a regular strike.

I don't know how his hair smells, but it does have a nice fingerprint plastered on the rear. I agree, not a proof, nor accented. Keep searching!

If you are talking about the accented hair image, all the necks on the proof and the earlier die states have that area that looks like a fingerprint. But that is part of the design.

The fingerprint I see extends from the rear neck area into the field. Maybe I'm seeing things.

I stand corrected. I see the pattern less in the adjacent field, but you're right, what I was seeing is part of the design.
