Weight 2.0 grams. Showing next to and on top of 2001 dime.

What is the weight of this coin? Is it normal or under weight?

I was hoping that it was normal. But thanks for the update. Not the question I wonder about is how/why does this look like it opened up, like a clam shell separation?
