This one looks normal from what I can see.

Wexler lists three DDOs.
None listed on V.V.
Coppercoins lists three.
But only one looks close?

But I'm not seeing a DDO? What am I missing?

Definitely not WDDO-001. Extra thickness and notching should be much clearer. Having a difficult time seeing a DDO on this one.

When I look at your images, I'm seeing a polished die coin. Note how the motto devices are reduced. So if there is a difference, I'm betting it is reduction rather than spread like a DDO should have.

Just a bit smaller than normal.

Just like "S" mints (post 1980) are rare here in the east.
