I have tried reuploading pictures 3 times and they keep ending up sideways even though my files on computer show them upright

Think it makes VF20. At this level the marks aren't too critical. The coin is maybe worth $40 retail so it would not be worth getting certified.

VF20 for me as well, pictures are fine. Straight grade won't go details, but also not worth having slabbed.
