Hello all! I am looking for some help and assistance here as far as if this coin is what I think it is and what I believe it to be is a 1978 Roosevelt proof dime missing the S mint mark. And if so what should be my next course of action then? I appreciate any and all assistance with this coin!

Your dime does not look like a proof to me. Clearer photos would be helpful.

Agree, the coin doesn't appear to be a proof. Here are some images of a legit proof to compare with:

Agreed, looks like a regular business strike with some minor die cracking on the reverse and possibly a clash but clearer pictures are needed.

Nowhere close to a proof. IMHO. Proofs should have full bands. This coin does not
