In Chinese it says Henan province, not Kwang Tung. Such mismatches are not uncommon on fakes, which this unfortunately is.

The standard dragon coin pattern has English on one side and Chinese on the other
As already noted, the province names don't match.
A very commom trait among fakes.
However, there are genuine coins known as "Mint Sports", Forgeries & Fantasies that can also have two sides that don't belong together.
Nowadays, I generally default to the "fakes coming out of China these days".
It's not likely your piece contains any elemental silver at all.
But if it does, it would be the very first one, and worth a second look.

Yes, the mismatch tells that it is definitely a fake. Its value is the metal value - silver or whatever it is made of.

It will probably stick to a magnet. I see these a lot in Chinatown back in the 90's, there was a bucket full for around $2 or less a piece.

It may or may not stick.
It's a toss-up.
Many do, many don't.
But I should clarify so as to not mislead the OP:
There does exist a "Mint Sport" having KwangTung Province on one side, but the other side has Hsuan Tung as Emperor along with the wrong province name.
Your piece has KwangTung Province on one side which is very...very..common among fakes.
But your Emperor is Kuang Hsu.
So I suggest a common fake.
Not likely a genuine "Mint Sport" at all.

Concur. 100% fake, and 0% silver.

I wouldn't even recommend touching with bare hands. Who knows if it's loaded with nasty heavy metals. I did have some mild allergic reaction to some early Chinese cast coins. I never had allergies in my life.
