Please dont make us guess. What are you seeing? we need photos of the whole coin, Front and back. I only see damage to the date on this coin

Well the DDOs are not on this area. Looks more like a Machine Doubling issue. Full images of the whole word would allow a side by side. When you look too close, your looking too close.

tough one, the split serifs are split apart so little it's difficult to be sure it's not Machine Doubling

One small vote for minor doubled die here.

The base of the word "IN" shows split serifs IMO.
