Looks like it. Very good eye. This one is barely visible except on the flaring on the tips of the E in WE and the extra height on the foot of the R in TRUST.

Thank you guys! TB I believe you're right as the cent I like ones at before this was a 78 Philly. The bottom part the E is what stood out.
