I am requesting verification of my assigned IDs for two of my Phraates and Orodes III coins. The first coin is Phraates, early-mid 2nd century AD. Drachm (Bronze, 15 mm, 3.46 g).  Obv: Diademed bust of Phraates to left, wearing tiara with dot in crescent on side; in right field, dot in crescent above anchor with single crossbar. Rev: Field of regular, parallel dashes. Van't Haaff 17.7, subtype 2-1

There is no van't Haaff 17.7, Ruger.. I suspect you mean (or the seller meant) 14.7.2-1.

There were only two rulers from Elymais who issued left-facing drachms with tiara obverses and dashes for the reverse. The only distinguishing feature that differentiates one of these rulers (Phraates) from the other (Orodes III) is the symbol on the tiara. Sadly, that symbol seems to be worn away on the coin above.

Here's how I would catalog this coin:

Phraates or Orodes III
van't Haaff 14.7.2-1 (Phraates)
or
van't Haaff 16.4.2-1A (Orodes III)
