Pretty sure this is it, not 100% but, fairly sure. Popped this out of a roll today and is by far the strongest 2017 Lincoln cent I found thus far. On coppercoins.com they give approximate values 2 much weaker looking doubled dies, so I guess my question is does anybody know or have some kind of idea I want these things to go for since variety Vista does not give an estimate and coppercoins.com does not have this as a listing? Maybe it's like the 1995 number one and that is the strongest one but there's a large amount of them keeping the value down... IDK? Still I was happy to find this regardless. Cheers!

Doubling and the die chip both match. Excellent find! That is a very nice DDO. Not too common to see the doubling on these single squeeze DDOs show up on the IGWT. It's usually most visible on LIBERTY and the date.

As for value, sadly the average collector simply doesn't know about a lot of these dies, so there is very little demand. You will often see them selling for only a couple bucks on ebay, but the prices can be very volatile. Sometimes one might go for $25 bucks to a collector who wants it because there are no others available, sometimes there might be a seller and no buyers and the price will get lowered to something absurdly low.

Reverse is showing Machine Doubling. I agree the obverse is a DDO, but which one, I've not checked yet.

@coop I believe OP only posted the images of the reverse to highlight the small die chip, which is a match for the marker on DDO-001, not because they thought it was a DDR
