Hey guys came across this penny and have been scratching my head over it I believe it fits the criteria for the large date but the outline of the 2 underneath? Any help advice would be much appreciated !!

There are plenty of large date 1982-D copper pennies around, what I think you're alluding to is the infamous 1982-D small date copper penny weighing 3.1g.

That coin is a normal large date well circulated Lincoln Cent
