Oh yeah, the F below the date is the initial of the designer (Fraser) and this nickel was minted at Philadelphia, due to no mintmark on the reverse between five cents.

As to the grade, id average it to VF-25.

lighting a little too much but obverse looks VF25+, reverse VF20. I think the obverse wins net VF25

I think the reverse holds this to VF-20.
