I'm just seeing a normal, stained coin. Not sure what you are seeing?

There were a lot of similarities on the dye markers to to the one I was looking at on copper coins I was just looking for other opinions see if anyone saw the same die markers and there were discrepancies but I didn't know if that was from different last stages

Not seeing it. The FS-801 should have doubled columns in the first three or four bays as well as the memorial floor doubled below it. Not seeing any of these.

You can see it better on this coin where the roof looks doubled

That is part of the design, not doubling. Always good to have another of the same coin to compare against when hunting so you know what a normal version of the coin looks like.

to the CCF!

The doubling on the columns above is part of the design as SamCoin noted. The doubled image is showing the opening around Lincoln's seated statue. Here's a shot of the memorial that shows what the designer, Frank Gasparro was going for.

No it's a D it's a D. After looking at it closer I believe this coin has more rotation and doubling than the one they want all that money for.

I see no doubling at all, Paul. What do you mean it has "more rotation"? Are you saying you think it's also a rotated die error in addition to a doubled die? I have nothing to go off of for that since you would need to show the coin in mirror to see both sides, but I strongly suspect it would be neither since it's definitely not a DDR.
