There is a marking in the "L" and "I" in Liberty -obverse

Also the left wing on the reverse side is sticking out way more than the right wing

Yes the L and I have suffered a hit and there is displaced metal. Can you please clarify what you are seeing with the wings on the rev? Thx.

What do you mean by displaced metal? The L & I is just from circulation?

About the wing. The very top left part of wing just seemed off somehow but can't put my finger on what exactly it is

Nothing there that would be considered an error.
The LI has just taken a hit flattening the letters.
The wings look normal

I agree, circulation flattening. If it didn't happen at the mint, it's damage, simple as that. I don't see anything usual on the reverse.
