I just recently comprehended what doubling meant.. Maybe. Is Lincoln's eyelid a bit big or is it just my imagination?

Please no monitor shots. They are way too pixelated to be of help. Use your camera directly to photography your coin. Even older phones cameras can zoom in and do a fine job.

If all that years devices looked like that, then it is normal. But on a doubled eyelid, there is a separate eyelid:

When are easy to see, they are very nice. But on your coin it is normal.

It's not your imagination but it's normal for this series of Lincolns, the devices were thicker. The majority of the 60's looked this way and you will find that different years share the same attributes while others are very different. It will come with time. Your scope should have a memory card slot somewhere on it. Use that. Transfer the card to your computer and then post on CCF.
