Fellas Did I Find Another Duplicate Run?

So at my teller station at the bank, I came across a 20 dollar bill that gave me a curious result when I put it in the Star Note Lookup tool, and I seem to have stumbled upon another duplicate set.

What I have is:

Serial #: PK00298900*
Series: 2017 A

The BEP monthly production reports show that these two runs were made at the Fort Worth location.

AUG2019 - PK00000001*-PK00640000* (https://www.moneyfactory.gov/mpraugfy19.html)
DEC2020 - PK00000001*-PK03200000* (https://www.moneyfactory.gov/images...rFY2021.pdf)

Am I crazy?

How unusual. Looks like someone needs to file a FOIA request to see if this was a typographical error or a double printing of the low numbered serial numbers. My guess would be it's a typo. I have a pair from run #1. This is one of the two.

If this is an actual duplicate run, it's going to be extremely hard to find matches.

Short of finding a matching pair or a FOIA request - is there any other way to confirm or disprove this being another duplicate printing?

You can set up a specific search on eBay for a serial number you are interested in, then eBay will send you an email if a note is ever posted for sale. I know, it sounds like a long shot, but I've found some birth date notes this way. Patience is key.

I also have one that I got the other day. Also from run 1

Dperson58566 and Mistim, can you post photos of front and back? I'm tracking the plate numbers to see if there can be any difference discerned between the two (if two) printing runs.

"First run" for star notes refers to serial numbers being within the lower and upper limits of 0000 0001 and 0320 0000.

Whether it's the first or second printing can't be known yet. Usually there doesn't have to be such a distinction.
