Just picked this note up and am quite excited about it. My first Devil's Face error, a minor cut out of register.

Note is creased but for what I paid I will not complain.

Very very common for the issue .

The Beattie-Coyne signature is the more valuable of the two signatures in that series.
With the crease and being off centre, I wold grade it at as EF
Not sure what you paid for it but it is probably worth about $300.00, maybe more to the right buyer.

I agree with pacificoin these are very common.
No premium if you can't see any of the next note.
In higher grades the off center would be a detriment as a well centered note is more desirable.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Thanks for the replies everyone. Kind of sad but I learned something today. Paid $80 for the note so I am certainly happy about that at least.
