It dosnt look like the normal MD I see but seems to large to be DDR so wanted a second opinion.

After looking at a few newer nice condition cents I think this is just not Al, I have just never inspected newer looking cents from the USA. My bad.

It's nice to have some more higher grade coins even if they are modern. If I'm ever going to spot a doubled die that does not have split serifs then I need a better idea of the stages of wear a coin goes through and the way they should look. It's hard to just look at a coin and be like yup that's wider then it should be:p

First, 5th,8th and last pillars should look like that, it's part of the design.
I'm by no means a pro and will never claim to be...just my 2 cents
