F-15 seems about right. The coin looks like it was cleaned at some point but presumably the result is market-acceptable.

VF Details Cleaned
It looks close to market acceptable, but I'll take a shot at details.

Why are you thinking the coin has been cleaned?

VF-20 straight grade, old cleaning, market acceptable.

The purple-blue toning in the fields is unnatural for a mid-grade coin. Toning for a circulated coin should be darker and more even. This coloring and unevenness suggests either silver polish or baking soda. Both were common in the 1960s and 1970s. Enough time has passed to make it market acceptable.

I'm thinking this coin was subject to a combination of wear and VLDS . Yes it was cleaned at one time with some kind of off method solution .

The color is wrong. I won't be surprised if it straight graded, I just thought I'd take the long shot and say details.

Agree this is an unnatural color, amend my grade to "details".

My photos got you off track on the color as there are not purple or blues on the coin. Here is the grade and photo that is closer to the color in hand.
