Again, welcome to the CCF!

This looks like Split Plating. It's common to find this on the zinc plated coins and does not carry a premium value. The copper plating on the outside of the coin was stretched until it split revealing the zinc core underneath.

Collectors consider this to be damage.

@noor, I agree with @yoko on this--the shiny silver color is the underlying zinc visible in these areas where the copper plating was stretched so thinly that it is now missing. You have taken and posted very good pics by the way.

I agree as well. Split plating is fairly common and carries no premium I'm afraid.
