Here it is AG3 or FR2 the reverse is definitely FR2 but the obverse might pull it to a ag3.

Still working it over with sandpaper experiment?

Here's a new experiment idea for you....
Might want to try filling your front pockets with about 6 dollars each in change then running on a treadmill for 1 to 2 hours a day, may take a year or two...but keep us updated with the progress....
I'm by no means a pro and will never claim to be...just my 2 cents

Just a damaged coin, artificially worn. Mid and low relief areas, including fields show minimal wear in comparison to high points. I'd say this was probably in VF condition or better before the artificial wear.
