It is a form of Machine Doubling. Like a bounce, affecting the devices slightly different. But still caused by the machine.

Please work on producing better photos for us. The first two photos are too blurry to be of use. If what you have isn't sharp, please don't post it.

Yes, please try to focus in a little bit better. Getting good pictures of small coins is not easy at first. with practice you will get better images for us to look at.

Also, I'll agree with MD on this coin.
