It is rather difficult to make assessments from screen shots. Please consider using your phone's built in camera, taking zoomed in macro shots of your coins for the best results. Coin photography isn't easy, but the more you try it, the better you'll get.

Looks like Machine Doubling to me as well.

Note the location you are looking at. The outside edges are where Machine Doubling happen. So it is not a DDR. Here are tht two V.V lists:
