Hi,

I have been given a collection of well worn late Roman coins and seek help identifying these three. All the coins ID'd so far are from between 320 and 380CE. Thank you.

3.68g, 22mm, coin alignment. Reverse looks like a person holding two standards, but I can't find it on Numista.

2.13g, 21mm, coin alignment. Reverse appears to have two people holding hands, or passing something between themselves.

1.38g, 14mm, medal alignment? Well worn and clipped. Reverse is some sort of insect?

Absolutely superb work Palouche! I would have never found these myself.

First coin absolutely looks like RIC13: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces291262.html

I couldn't find this coin as I was searching for bronze coins. Mine looks bronze, and only now I read that it only had a coating of silver. Numista lists it as a 'silver' coin. Quite misleading.

Second coin is RIC244: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces291051.html

'clasping hand of Concordia'. I was searching for 'holding hands' and 'clasping hands', so couldn't find it. As above, Numista lists it as silver.

And the third coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces291428.html

I would have never guessed this one. The highly degraded reverse on my coin looks nothing like an eagle. I was trying searches for various insects instead.

I have also been using this to identify my other coins: https://www.tesorillo.com/aes/home.htm
The site is pretty good, but unfortunately only covers the late Roman period. I'm very much a beginner in identifying these coins.

Thank you for your help.
