the primary mintmark for RPM-001 is more east than on your coin.http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20L...9DRPM001.htm

Position of the primary mintmark is a key diagnostic.

But this is not a RPM. It is from a damaged punch. It is a common issue on cents that year.



You can see the same mintmarks on different denominations.
