That's really neat. Odd how they are both centered on each other.

Looks like the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse is rotated also.

I didn't know that San Francisco minted for Panama; I was under the impression it was mostly done at Philly.

Makes me wonder if this was a "manufactured" error, like some of those crazy ones turned out to be

That's what I was thinking with both strikes being lined up perfectly. Like someone carefully placed it in the striking chamber to get the strike juuuusst right.
