It's odd how the coin looks so dark in the 2x2 but so light and colorful outside it. Notwithstanding the color, there seems to be a rim hit at K8. F15 seems reasonable as there is considerable detail remaining.

Up to $20 a multitude of sins can be forgiven. But that rim damage is pretty much fatal beyond $20, for me anyway.

So this is the head of 1838 variety in which with a F-15 grade.
And PCGS coinfacts suggests a retail value of 75.00.
