Forgive me, but I'm having a hard time figuring out why you feel this note has any appeal. The serial number is pedestrian and the note is in terrible shape. Help me out here please. And, for the record, collectors did snatch them up. Primarily examples in better condition. Some with fancy serial numbers and many with replacement notes.
