I'd classify your note under "interesting". It's a category assigned to an assortment of randomly numbered notes that don't quite fulfill any defined description of Fancy but grab your attention. The lower denominations make it an easier decision deciding whether to keep it or not. These are a staple on eBay. A close cousin of the "almost" category.
