Pallets of silver coins seized in international fraud case tied to South Dakota:

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An international scheme involving millions of dollars, fake humanitarian projects, silver coins and suspects still on the run sounds like the plot of a Hollywood movie. But this was all part of a case that was tried in federal court in South Dakota right before Thanksgiving.

Now, KELOLAND investigates has obtained photos of evidence that helped lead to two convictions in this case, including a pallet of silver coins purchased with victims' money.

They should not waste taxpayer dollars on keeping these disgraces to society alive and feeding them in prison.
Rest in Peace

I'm really surprised the coins weren't from China. I can not believe the coins they are finding which are counterfeited in China and shipped here. Unbelievable the way coins are counterfeited today. Getting harder to recognize true coins if not paying attention. I hope they get these guys.

I am involved in the largest fraud case in the history of wall street. Case has been going on for over 15 years. Six of the 14 defendants have died since the case started. Nothing on the news was ever mentioned in this court case. Goes to show that a lot of criminals get away just like some in this case. I just hope these people spend their final days behind bars. Only thing I hate which is worse than these guys is the people, ahem and a large bank, shorting the price of silver into oblivion.

The coins had nothing to do with the fraud itself. They were purchased with monies obtained through fraudulent practices.
