PCGS will go ms65, but may drop it in a 66 holder.
KY, I keep reading that those marks on the shoulder are from previous clashes and often seen on the reverse above the O of one cent. This matches up. Others tell me graders know the difference and that particular area (unless a gouge) is accepted. On the other hand many tell me and I have read it's to distracting. I am sure it's better to avoid finding out. Magnified 30 or forty times the mark seems like the grand canyon. Nevertheless it is noticeable. The color and luster is outstanding.
