Where is it that you see doubling? Can you show us a sharp closeup photo of that area?

To tell for sure, we need to see closer images. Your example on the last one was a great start. But as mentioned if there were a DDO, there, the circulation flattening erased it.

Coop, wrong DDO entirely. He is asking if it shows thickness, which would be DDO-005 not DDO-001. I agree it shows circulation flattening and not a DDO.
