Hello! I would like to know what the scratches are on the reverse of this coin? Thanks!

Looks like die abrasion scratches, like from trying to remove a die clash or finger feeder damage.

I agree could be Feeder Finger Damage but disagree on the letters PA of PARK. Those look more like circulation scratches to me.
