Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the New Zealand 2000 $1.00 coin. Mint set was royal Australian Mint. & Royal Canadian Mint was for circulation.

Not design wise that I'm aware of?

Also, not that it makes any difference, I think that you'll find that it was The Royal Mint (UK), not the Royal Australian Mint, that produced the NZ 2000 mint sets.

Malnsw - please read a book or something. Many of your threads are the most newbie type questions possible, and all of your coins are common ones that are not mint errors or special.

At least keep all your questions to one thread.
Loving Halfcrowns. British and Commonwealth coins 1750 - 1950 and anything Kiwi.
If it's round, shiny and silvery I will love it.

I'm not sure but I'd be interested to know - the mint set/circulation differences can be quite obvious in some years and non-existent in others.
2000 is one of the years that I haven't investigated a whole lot.
