This is a lesser known variety. I've posted one before( I have a few) but needed one in high grade. I missed an NGC 66 recently but I don't trust their coins to cross grade at PCGS (that's where the value is). So I found this one on a nice coin for a decent price. This is the earliest die state I've seen on this die. The S isn't all the way filled in. Since it's already graded by PCGS I can send it in for reholdering and variety attribution for around $25 and have a $200 coin. Coop here's a link to a properly attributed coin: https://www.PCGS.com/coinfacts/coin/detail/408345
I'll have to take your word for it because it is hard to tell between the toning spots and the glare, the die crack on top of the head also looks very pronounced so it maybe a later die state. But in any event,Congrats on your great find, if it is the match it'll be worth re-attributing.
