That looks like DDD ( Die Deterioration Doubling), a worthless type of doubling.

I was able to tell that by looking through my share of cents and by learning early on in my numismatic hobby. Bookmark this site: https://koinpro.tripod.com/Articles...Doubling.htm

Often on the reverse we will see split plating on those areas. But the dies are showing age with the DDD break down on them These will affect the fields with a distortion on the the sides of the devices facing the rims affected.

Date to the right, Liberty to the left and the Motto on the tops of the devices.
Richard S. Cooper
Some have asked about my images I use and I'm glad to say, you can now you can see the DVD in sections on youtube:

the doubling that is easy to see, easy to find and is cool looking is worthless, but not to me, I keep and pay for these.
The doubling that just looks like fat letters/numbers hard to find, not exciting looking and is worth money, funny how that works.
