That looks like a Type 1 with damage.

Looks like a 1972-D, so type isn't in play. This Ike has been around.

Cherish it because it was your grandmother's coin. Otherwise, spend it. Value, either priceless or $1, you decide which.

The damage on that area of the coin, would cancel out any premium if it were a premium coin. The devices are too far gone.
