Bought As 1859 Dp #3, But Front Legend Repunches Have Me Stumped

1859 DP#3 was advertised, got it in hand and saw repunches on the front legend. I looked in vicky cents, found the OBV die, but the back has me puzzled.

And the D/C's at 14 and 12 tell the reverse story, in case you need more than looking at the 9. I had never noticed the D/C at 1, because those at 12 & 14 are so evident.
