I picked this one from eBay for what I think was a decent price. The seller's photos were kinda blurry so I did take a chance on it. Opinions on the estimated grade are welcome! I also don't know much about finding VAMs so if someone has insight into what this one might be I would be very grateful. Edited by Crh1993 01/25/2022 1:45 pm

I'll go first. Lots of chatter around the cheek, MS62.

Quote: Lots of chatter around the cheek, ... and nose. I think it will make MS63 based on the photos. VAMming is tough - take it from someone who has been trying to do it based on photographs. Unless there is some sort of WOW factor apparent, the only thing you can go by are the die cracks on the reverse. That may not be enough to call it, though. You may want to post this on the VAM forum. There are a couple of pros there that might be able to let you know what (if any) VAM can be attributed.

MS-61, a lot of contact marks.

The obverse photo appears a little grainy, so it is hard to see all those contact marks. MS62 from the best I can tell.

I agree with the grainy obverse (if that's not a photo artifact) A touch of peripheral toning.
62, 63 from a generous grader.

I'll open a 61+ camp. Not sure I've got the optimism as I sit here feeling cold to give it a 62 with the right cheek and stuff.

The photos seem too grainy. I'll guess MS61.
