I would love some opinions on this 1943 D Lincoln cent. I am highly confident there is an RPM due to tilt and notching. I also see doubling and notching on "Liberty".

RPM looks like it may be (listed? ) have you checked the reference sites? Doubling? I'm not seeing it. Lets see what others say.
I'm by no means a pro and will never claim to be...just my 2 cents

I don't see anything but, I would suggest trying to match it to a known variety and then providing a link so others can help.

I thing it is on the RPM list, (not a specialist on), what it sure it is genuine coin.

Check all three sites a let us know what you find out, like an attribution number. WADR, you might want to try a different Methode of taking photos of coins.

In order to be a RPM, the double punching should be evident.
